Delivery & Return Policy
At April Flowers, every delivery is crafted with care because flowers aren’t just a product, they’re a feeling. We treat every order like it’s meant to brighten someone’s day — because it is.
Delivery Areas and Fees
We deliver throughout Burnaby and the Greater Vancouver area, seven days a week.
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the distance.

Delivery Hours
Our standard delivery window is from 12pm to 6pm, every day of the week.
If you require a specific delivery time, please contact the shop directly.
Timed deliveries are limited and available for an additional fee.
Delivery Requirements
To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please provide the following when placing your order:
• Full delivery address
• Recipient’s phone number
• Buzzer code (if required for access)
• Any other special delivery notes
If we are unable to access the location or reach the recipient, your flowers will be returned to the shop.
A redelivery fee will apply if a new delivery is requested.
Please note, we do not leave flowers with neighbours or unattended.
Freshness and Flower Substitutions
We design with premium seasonal blooms and source locally whenever possible.
If a specific flower is unavailable, we will make thoughtful substitutions of equal or greater value while maintaining the intended palette and overall look of the arrangement.
For best results, we recommend trimming the stems and placing flowers in fresh water as soon as they arrive.
Concerns or Issues
If you have any concerns with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a brief description and photo.
We’ll review the situation and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
