At April Flowers, beauty doesn’t start in a vase. It begins in the wild.

Long before I ever owned a shop, I was a barefoot girl in the country, making dandelion crowns and weaving wild grasses into necklaces for anyone who’d wear them, even the farm dogs. I’d sit for hours on hay bales, watching horses and foals move through the pasture, feeling this magnetic pull toward nature, colour, and creation. That wildling heart is still who I am.

I didn’t plan to become a florist. But I always knew how to see beauty. The kind that’s unpolished and real. The kind that makes you feel something. My work is deeply personal, rooted in the seasons and stories that shaped me. I built April Flowers to reflect that, raw creativity, fierce care, and a love for things that grow.

What makes us different? We don’t just sell flowers. We design moments. Everything we create is done with heart, using sustainable practices, local partnerships, and a commitment to freshness and form. Our blooms come from Canadian flower farms and trusted global growers, each chosen for quality and longevity.
