Every Friday, we deliver our signature Designer’s Choice bouquets filled with seasonal blooms. How does the subscription work?

We create and deliver your bouquet every Friday. Your card on file is charged automatically and your bouquet is made to order. You can manage your plan through your online account.

Can I cancel or pause my subscription?

Yes, you can pause or cancel with at least seven days notice before your next Friday. Update your account or contact the shop and we will help.

Do I need an account to purchase?

Yes. You will create a secure account at checkout. This lets you update delivery details, skip a week, pause, or cancel after the initial commitment.

is delivery included in the price?

Delivery is not included. A delivery fee is added at checkout for each Friday delivery.

Do you deliver on weekends or holidays?

No. Deliveries are on Friday only. If a holiday affects a Friday delivery we will contact you to reschedule to the next business day.

Can I gift a subscription to someone?

Yes. Enter the recipient details and message at checkout and we will deliver to their address on Fridays.

Which payment methods are accepted?

All major credit cards are accepted through our website checkout. The club bills automatically to the card on file.

Can I request specific colours or flowers?

Friday Bouquet Club is florist’s choice based on the best seasonal product. If you have gentle preferences, add a note at checkout and we will do our best within the weekly palette.
