April Flowers — Class Terms & Conditions

By registering for any class or workshop with April Flowers, you agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
Participation in April Flowers classes involves the use of tools, materials, and natural botanical elements. By registering, you acknowledge the risks involved (including minor cuts, allergic reactions, or property damage to clothing/belongings) and release April Flowers, its owner, staff, and instructors from liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, except where caused by gross negligence. Please disclose any known allergies to our team prior to class.

2. Age Requirement
Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who must also agree to these terms on their behalf.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled class date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the class are not eligible for a refund. April Flowers reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a class due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, in which case registered participants will be offered a full refund or a spot in a future class.

4. Photo & Social Media Policy
April Flowers may photograph and/or film classes for use on our website and social media (including Instagram) to promote future events. By registering, you consent to being photographed or filmed during class. If you'd prefer not to be included, please let our team know at the start of class.

5. Spots & Capacity
Class sizes are limited to ensure a hands-on experience. Please notify us as early as possible if you can't attend so we can offer your spot to someone on the waitlist.
