Refund policy

✿ For missed deliveries we will try to connect again , if we are unable to connect with the recipient or sender second, and if we cannot connect it will be default to in store pick up.

✿ Flowers are fresh and perishable. Our Flower Bouquets stems are wet wrapped for hydration and should be placed in vase within 3 hrs to maintain hydration.Please follow our how to Care for your Flowers insert for optimal freshness and longevity 

✿ If there are any issue's with the flowers please reach out to our team by email or phone within 24 hrs. Our refunds will be determined on a case by case basis.
